What Gets Deleted
All personal data is permanently removed
- Account & profile — your name, phone number, email, linked Google/Apple identity, avatar, city, and bio
- Complaints & photos — every complaint you filed, attached photos, location data, and submission tracking across channels
- Signboard scans — every signboard you photographed and the extracted contractor / project metadata you contributed
- Comments, likes, supports, votes — every reaction you left across complaints, signboards, and verifications
- Traffic violations & accident reports — anything you reported, with linked evidence and dispute history
- RTI filings & responses — drafts, submitted RTIs, and any response PDFs you uploaded
- Civic contributions — authority entries, road condition reports, ward representative data you submitted
- Trust tier, badges, points, streaks — your full gamification history and leaderboard placement
- Follow graph & blocks — who you follow, who follows you, and your block list
- Notifications & push tokens — preferences, in-app notifications, and FCM/APNs registrations
- Diagnostic logs & audit trail — any device/error telemetry tied to your user ID
What stays: Aggregate civic data the community relies on — verified signboard records and contractor accountability entries that other citizens have voted on — is anonymized (your name and user ID are stripped) but the public contribution itself remains, since removing it would erase community-verified accountability data. Your private data is fully deleted.
